  • Recent Fair Housing Training

  • Basic computer skills and experience with property management software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Available weekends

Commercial Office

The skills our clients require are:

  • Basic computer skills experience with property management software

Maintenance

The skills for maintenance that our clients require are:

  • Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer skills experience with property management software a plus

Please see the “sample resume” for our preferred format. Accuracy in the information submitted on your resume is critical. If you have the experience, please include the number of units or square footage you have worked with. Our clients require we include the past 10 years of employment. With today’s technology, false information is easily detectable. Make sure you are accurate with your dates of employment, positions held. Kindly explain all gaps in employment.

In addition to your resume, please include a cover letter outlining how your previous experience meets the qualifications for the position for which you are applying. Please include your financial expectations and any other requirements. We do ask for professional references. Professional references would include business associates, co-workers, previous supervisors and other people that you worked with.
