Community Offices
The skills we are seeking for our client offices are:

  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Previous apartment management experience a plus
  • Super sales with a strong ability to close
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (experience with property management software a plus)

Maintenance
The skills we are seeking for maintenance are:

  • Previous apartment maintenance experience
  • Hotel, resort, commercial office maintenance experience
  • Well rounded construction or facilities maintenance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (experience with property management software a plus)
