Property Management Personnel was established in 2003 upon request of our clients to meet specific staffing needs of the property management industry. The property management industry is ever-changing, we are continually evolving in our systems and processes to best serve our clients and candidates. We only staff the property management industry including; Apartment Management, Home Owners Associations, Mobile Home Communities, and Commercial Property Management.

We aim for a lasting relationship between client and candidate by matching the goals of our clients with the goals of our candidates.

Property Management Personnel, Inc. believes industry involvement and education makes the difference. We are proud members of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) an NAA affiliated Chapter, California Staffing Professionals (CSP) and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Educational opportunities are offered to our staff through these resources to best serve the property management industry and limit liability.

Heather Leemon-Raboff – President/ CEO Founder

As a 3rd generation Property Management professional, Heather Leemon-Raboff has over 25 years of professional Property Management experience.
In 2002 she saw the industry was under served and that there was a need for qualified and vetted staff. Heather earned her CAC (California Accredited Consultant) through California Staffing Professionals Association in May 2003 and opened Property Management Personnel in June of 2003. In 2004 Heather obtained her National Designation, CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) through American Staffing Association.

Heather has served on both the state and local Board of Directors of California Staffing Professionals and served as State President for CSP from 2011 to 2013. In 2008 she was the recipient of the prestigious Essay Award for her leading the Legislative Affairs committee.
Heather continues to be motivated to be the best in staffing, serving the property management industry and provide candidates amazing opportunities for growth.

Tikka  – CFO ( Chief Fun Officer)

Tikka joined our team in August of 2014 and quickly became our staff’s favorite team member. She is directly responsible for watching the door, greeting and evaluating new candidates for their fun level. She is responsible for making sure we go outside every day to get at least 30 minutes of exercise and take fun breaks every morning and afternoon. Tikka maintains the fun level in our orientation room so our new associates will see how much fun the property management is at every level.

Tikka is a Siberian Husky and was adopted through Brick Animal rescue. She lives with 3 cats, 2 of which were also adopted.
